The Ignites Fund Titan awards recognize individuals who leave a significant mark on the mutual fund industry. In 2008, Ignites revived the awards and increased the reader participation. The Titans awards mean so much because the recognition comes from Ignites' 58,000 readers – the largest collection of mutual fund professionals.

In bringing back the Titans, we also focused the awards to honor legal and compliance professionals. The current Fund Titan awards honor:

  • Best Inside Counsel
  • Best Chief Compliance Officer
  • Best External Legal Resource
  • Lifetime Achievement in Legal and Compliance

In the future, Ignites will extend the awards to professionals in other areas such as sales and marketing, and operations.
